Biography
Bryan L. Rayburn focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, and estate planning. Bryan is the Special Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) for Gordon County, Georgia.
Bryan is a 2014 magna cum laude graduate of John Marshall Law School, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Mississippi. During law school, Bryan held a two-year internship with the District Attorney’s Office in Dalton, where he gained extensive litigation experience. Also, during law school, Bryan received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, which led to Bryan developing his Estate Planning practice. Bryan is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Dalton-Whitfield.
Bryan serves his clients aggressively to achieve results. Bryan has obtained millions of dollars for his clients in personal injury cases, including a multimillion-dollar settlement in a wrongful death action. Bryan takes pride in working hard, working smart, and recognizing priorities to achieve the best results. In addition to his private practice, Bryan serves as the Solicitor for the Cities of Tunnel Hill and Cohutta, prosecuting traffic and misdemeanor cases.
Bryan is an avid Atlanta Braves fan and golfer. Bryan and his family reside in Dalton.
